The Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS Secretary

Mission: Offer administrative assistance to the Ambassador and Ambassadress, and the Embassy. Also maintain the organization and up keeping of the Kingdom office by keeping record of all authenticated covenants, recorded mission statements, declaration of sovereignty, letters to and from the hebrew brothers and sisters in prison, etc.

Goals: Write and possibly publish a mini-book containing scriptures and researched information containing information of why we should preserve our race as hebrew brothers and sisters.  To prepare a monthly newsletter to the brothers and sisters in prison.

National Treasury of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

DUTIES OF THE NATIONAL TREASURER:

The Treasurer pays all bills duly approved by the Ambassador/Appointed designee. The treasurer is expected to:

1. Files all receipts, invoices, or other documentation in alphabetical order, by payee, and saves them.
2. Keeps in appropriate books, an accurate account of all monies received and paid out and deposits all revenues in the Kingdom’s checking account received on a timely basis.
3. Pays all invoices on a timely basis, so as to incur no late fees or finance charges.
4. All orders on the Treasurer for the payment of bills must be accompanied by an invoice from creditors and a sample or description of merchandise purchased.
5. Maintains an accurate computerized accounting system.
6. Has a back-up for that accounting system in an alternate location for disaster recovery purposes.
7. Has an alternate signer for all bank accounts. This does not mean that two signatures are required for each disbursement; it means that in the event the National Treasurer becomes incapacitated the alternate can perform the needed task(s) in a seamless way.
8. Gives a report of the funds, receipts, and disbursements of the Kingdom as requested by the Ambassador or to his appointed designee.
9. Reviews the Kingdom’s monthly financial statement, and Ensures the accuracy of the statement and immediately notifies the Ambassador/Appointed Designee of any procedural violations or fiscal irregularities AND provide an explanation for any significant variance in writing.
10. Keeps an accurate account of all receipts and disbursements, submits financial records for inspection by the Ambassador.
11. Attends administrative staff meetings.
12. Collaborates with Administrative staff in developing investment and spending strategies to assist in long-term financial stability.

Secretary of Rehabilitation and Enrichment for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Mission: Offer psychological assistance for those in transition from alcohol and/or drug related issues towards spiritual alignment with the Tanack. Provide assistance to those struggling with inter and intra personal issues for the promotion of personal growth. Assist in goal setting by working holistically with other departments for the betterment of the complete individual and/or family.

Accountable to: Ambassador(s)

Goals: Perform an assessment of the individual and/or family in order to identify needs. Develop an action plan based on the priorities and interest of the family. Work in tandem with other departments as applicable. Perform the role of an advocate to assist the individual and/or family within the Kingdom of Yah Of Hosts as well as external public and private entities. Develop a group of volunteers to provide peer support.

Current Services: individual counseling, advocacy, and referrals.

Short Term Goal: develop a support group for ATOD (alcohol, tobacco, and other drug) related issues. Specifically a group for those with a past and/or current substance abuse problem and an additional group for those affected by the substance usage of someone else.

Long Term Goal: develop gender specific outpatient and inpatient treatment programs. Develop nation wide support groups via a physical meeting place and a computer based support system.

The Ministry of Youth Services of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Vision: The Ministry Youth Services of the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts envisions an Israel where children and youth have the best opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential:

Mission
Our mission is to create an enabling environment for a more dynamic and vibrant agricultural sector that is inclusive and shared to ensure sustainable food security and employment opportunities.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts is responsible for the development of the agriculture sector.  It does so by ensuring that an effective organizational structure is put in place and is manned by staff capable of planning, coordinating, and implementing, monitoring and evaluating agricultural development programs.  It also ensures that its staff and the farmers are trained to cope with the challenges of the agricultural activities. 
 
Additionally, the Ministry ensures that agricultural problems that impede production are investigated and lasting solutions found, and the farmers are provided the supportive services and the enabling environment to produce.
 
The Ministry’s core general areas of responsibility will most probably continue to consist of: agriculture, small farmers, organic crops, orchards, vineyards, fisheries and livestock.

The Ministry of Housing for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Vision: Create Excellent, affordable, adequate and quality housing for all Israelites

Mission: The Ministry of Housing seeks to develop viable communities by promoting integrated approaches that provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expand economic opportunities for low and moderate income persons. The primary means towards this end is the development of partnerships among all levels of government and the private sector, including for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Consistent with these objectives, the Ministry of Housing has developed a set of underlying principles that are used in carrying out its mission.

1. Community building begins with entrepreneur opportunities, job creation, employment, and creation of safe, decent and affordable housing.
2. Planning and execution of community development initiatives must be bottom up and community driven.
3. Complex problems require coordinated, comprehensive, and sustainable solutions.

The Ministry of Internal Communications for the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts

The Internal Communications Minister of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS heads the Ministry of Internal Communications.

Vision: Create a standard of excellence in the presentation of The Kingdom of YAH of Hosts by written, electronic, video graphic, documentation and pictographically;  representing the nationalistic thoughts and ideas of the Kingdom of YAH of Hosts.

Mission: To work alongside the office of the Ambassador and the various departmental offices of The Kingdom of YAH of Hosts in the assurance that there is one thought and one idea of The Kingdom of YAH of Hosts as authorized and designed by YAH Himself.
 
Goals:

1. The Minister is required to be a member of Covenant House of Yehudah Tribal Council.
2. To set up a network of communication analysts to support the functions of this office.
3. To assure and disseminate illustrations and publications of procedural and policy manuals that outline all directives and decrees by the office of the Ambassador, Covenant House of Yehudah Tribal Council, Ecclesiastical Court Administration, The National Judicial Court Administration, and any and all current future branches of government.
4. To assist various departmental offices, and or citizens and personnel, of The Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS in their written requests to the governmental structure.

The Ministry of Mass Communications for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Mission: The Ministry of Mass Communications mission is to relay information through mass media to large segments of the Israelite population and the general population at the same time.

Vision: To have fully functional media entities in place;

The Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS
Minister of Commerce

Proverbs 21:20 "In the house of the wise are stores of choice food and oil, but a foolish man devours all he has."

Vision: The Ministry of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the economic, industrial, professional, social and civic welfare of the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts. To encourage, implement and reinforce the growth of existing industries and businesses, increase the amount of real assets held and coming in to the National jurisdiction.

Mission: Accumulation of wealth (real tangible assets) shall be considered a virtue not a vice. Man is obligated to participate in the creative process, should not be de-motivated by inadequate protection of private property, and is blessed when the outcome of honest labor is the accumulation of wealth.

Genesis 41:35-36"And let them gather all the food of those good years that are coming, and store up grain under the authority of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities. Then that food shall be as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which shall be in the land of Egypt that the land may not perish during the famine."

To promote and ensure every Citizen engage in upright economic morals and ensuring that each man pay his just and fair balance in accordance with its debtor.

Proverbs 3:27-28 "Dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is His delight” Proverbs 11:1. "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do so. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come back, and tomorrow I will give it.' When you have it with you."

The objectives shall be summarized as follows:

1. To create a sound, consistent, and regular economic strategy throughout a diverse group of industries with the sole purpose of real asset accumulation. To coordinate the efforts of commerce, industry and professions in maintaining and strengthening a sound and healthy business climate of the community.

2. To support all those economic activities believed to be beneficial to the community and jurisdiction; to oppose those which might be detrimental and ensure a successful viable means of economic self-sufficiency and independency.
Proverbs 13:11, Proverbs 6:1-5 "The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty, surely to poverty."

3. To maintain a economic/monetary system consisting of real assets that are be measurable, tangible and globally accepted for our current and future generations.
Proverbs 13:22 "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous."

4. To provide creative business leadership and effective coordination of all interested parties in solving Tribal economic issues. To support and coordinate referral network based economic activities that nurture the spirit of autonomy, independence and self-sufficiency.

5. To create broad understanding and appreciation of commerce and economic strategies and reawaken the financial spirit of the Twelve Tribes through self sufficiency and autonomy.

6. To encourage, nourish and broaden communal participation and openly welcome ideas and strategies from all members of the community.

7. And, in general, to promote the economic welfare of all the Twelve Tribes of Israel (herein referred to as Citizens) under the Sovereign Covenant agreement, following always those policies intended to accomplish the greatest good for the greatest number in harmony with Yah of Hosts and its general mission.

Section 3.Limitation of Methods.
The Ministry shall be nonpartisan, nonsectarian and nonpolitical and serve to meet the economic needs of the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts and the general mission of the community.

To maintain morals, integrity and action based on Mosaic Law which shall be the underlying foundation of the mission of the economic development plan as it is understood, that personal gain, greed, and malicious intent shall lead to individual and/or collective financial failure.

Proverbs 28:20 “A faithful man will abound with blessings, but whoever hastens to be rich will not go unpunished.”

Further, we understand the inefficiency and pitfalls of concentrated monarchal power. Our economic methods shall be for the empowerment of the greater masses of the community. Although the assigned leadership shall make overall decisions, we will not engage in a economic monarchal hierarchy structure as learned in the main warning in the first book of Samuel when Yisrael requested a King: 1 Samuel 8: 11-19 He said, "This is what the king who will reign over you will do: He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots. Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants. He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants. Your menservants and maidservants and the best of your cattle and donkeys he will take for his own use. He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, and the Yahweh will not answer you in that day."

The Ministry of Health for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Vision: Championing a healthy nation with our people - To live well, live long and peace of mind.

Mission: Protecting health by providing high quality and equitable preventive and curative health services by optimizing utilization of resources, technology advances and active partnership with the concerned authorities and by adopting a monitoring and regulatory role related to services concerned with the health of citizens and implied in a national comprehensive health policy. Overseeing and setting up a network of medical staff for childbirth, including midwives, circumcisions, emergency care, and preventative care.

Purpose: Promote good health and reduce illness. Good health is to a great extent the responsibility of the individual. But the Ministry plays a major role in educating and providing information to the citizens on how they can maintain a healthy lifestyle. The Ministry also plays a key role in reducing illnesses through the control and prevention of diseases and ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to do this.

Goals: To inform and educate the people so that they adopt healthy life-styles and food habits, in order to prevent or alleviate health problems such as obesity, cardiovascular disorders and diabetes.

To strengthen health systems research as an aid to improvement of the health services in terms of its impact on health status, cost effectiveness and optimum utilization of all resources.

The Ministry of Security for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS
Minister of Security

Ecclesiastes 1:9, What was…….. Shall be again, and what was done BEFORE…… shall be done again, for there is nothing new under the sun.

Psalms 45:7 “You love righteousness, and hate wickedness: therefore YAH, your Creator has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.”

Zechariah 4:6, “Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, this is the word of YAH to Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, (of an army), but by My spirit, says YAH of HOSTS.”

Purpose: "To defend, secure and guard the national and territorial sovereignty and integrity of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS and its citizens.

Vision:  To provide progressive training, implement sound security plans, measures, equipment and systems to ensure the safety of individuals, sites and events under the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

The Mission: 

1. To safeguard the nation's infrastructure,

4. Visit the heads of state, government and diplomatic sites and the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS and its citizens."

The Ministry of Education for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS
The Minister of Education

Vision: Instituting The Kingdom’s Desired Outcomes of Education (KDOE). Developing productive citizens that have a balanced education founded on the Torah of Yah but are able to be productive citizens on every level of society, while erasing the mis-education components acquired in captivity.
The Kingdoms Desired Outcomes of the Ministry of Education are attributes that educators aspire for every Israelite to have by the completion of his/her formal education. These outcomes establish a common purpose for educators, drive our policies and programs, and allow us to determine how well our education system is doing.

Mission: The person who is schooled in the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS Education system embodies the desired outcomes of education. He/she has a good sense of self-awareness, a sound moral compass, and the necessary skills and knowledge to take on challenges of the future. They have a firm foundation of their culture and history. He/she is responsible to Yah, family, community and nation. He/she appreciates the beauty of the world around him/her, possesses a healthy mind and body, and has a zest for life. In sum, he/she is

• a confident person who has a strong sense of right and wrong, is adaptable and resilient, knows himself/herself, is discerning in judgment, thinks independently and critically, and communicates effectively;
• a self-directed learner who takes responsibility for his/her own learning, who questions, reflects and perseveres in the pursuit of learning;
• an active contributor who is able to work effectively in teams, exercises initiative, takes calculated risks, is innovative and strives for excellence; and,
• a concerned citizen who is rooted to the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS, has a strong civic consciousness, is informed, and takes an active role in bettering the lives of others around him/her.

Implementation: The KDOE are translated into a set of developmental outcomes for each key stage of our education system. The Key Stage Outcomes spell out what the Education Service aspires to develop in our students through Primary, Secondary, and Post-Secondary education. Each educational level builds upon the previous stages and lays the foundation for subsequent ones. For example, primary school students start by learning to know and love Yah. In doing so, their belief in Yah will be strengthened and they will understand what matters to Yah and the true nation of Israel by secondary school. They will grow to be proud of their Israelite culture and the nation of true Israel and understand our country within the global and prophetic context at the post-secondary level.
There are eight outcomes at each key stage. Taken together, the Key Stage Outcomes make explicit what we aspire to develop in our young so as to lay the strong foundations for them to thrive and achieve success in life as contributing members of society.

The Ministry of Technology and Energy for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Vision: The vision of the Ministry of Energy and Technology is create a viable industry that supports and helps empower the economy of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS, using Green Technology and other technologies that are environmentally safe and cutting edge.

Mission: The mission of the Ministry of Energy and Technology is to guide and stimulate a major national effort to bring advanced technology and new processes into industry and to function within everyday life of the citizens of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS.

Goals:

1. Establish a core of engineers dedicated to the study and development of new technology that will benefit mankind.
2. Promote within the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS’ Ministry of Education educational programs that stimulate, develop and deploy students to their fields of expertise in the area of Energy and Technology.
3. Establish a self sustaining Energy system that is environmentally safe for all the citizens of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS.

The Ministry of Accoutrements and Textiles of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

Accoutrements: 1. personal clothing, accessories, etc. 2. the equipment, excluding weapons and clothing of a soldier.

Vision: To produce viable attractive clothing and accessory lines for men, women and children for all occasions that fit within the guidelines of the Israelite culture defined in the Torah.

Mission: To build an infrastructure and team that includes:

1. Adults and youth interested in fashion design
   • Modern, Traditional, Formal, Casual and Leisure
   • Accessories; Jewelry, headwear
   • Natural beauty enhancers
2. Design fabrics and for clothing and other usages
3. Build a system by which goods are produced that become a viable source of income to individuals and the nation.
4. Develop and trade system and import export system for products needed to accomplish the mission of this ministry.
5. Build viable competitive products that can be distributed outside the Israelite community.

The Ministry of Prison Services for the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS

God sent me to announce the year of his grace—a celebration of God's destruction of our enemies— and to comfort all who mourn, To care for the needs of all who mourn in Zion, give them bouquets of roses instead of ashes, Messages of joy instead of news of doom, a praising heart instead of a languid spirit.

Mission: The mission of the ministry is the safe custody of people descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel, the descendants of slaves committed to imprisonment by the country's courts of law and to ensure their rehabilitation and ultimate re-integration in society. We do this by providing teaching tools and various levels of ministry including counseling to inmates in a systematic manner to prevent a revolving door effect that often plagues men and women in the criminal justice system.  

Goals:

1. Help assure that all the prisons operations were being conducted in a humane way in accordance with the national and international law and codes of conduct, and that inmates cared for in a compassionate manner by affording them the opportunity to regain their self respect as a logical way for their rehabilitation.
2. Assure that the sovereign covenant and all study guides are available to all Israelite inmates who are interested in learning and studying about our culture and our Elohim, Yah of Hosts.
3. Assure that all inmates who have signed the sovereign covenant are afforded the proper diet that coincides with our dietary laws.
4. To assure that all Israelite prisoners have access to the “Declaration of Sovereignty”.

Minister of Music and Fine Arts

Vision: The Vision of the Ministry of Culture, Music and Fine arts is to help the citizens of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS discover, develop and deploy their artistic gifts reflecting our culture globally.

Mission: The mission of the Ministry of Music and Fine Arts has a mandate to promote, encourage and support Music and the Fine Arts within the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS.

Goals:

1. To create a special cultural school for the arts for children and adults to help cultivate and deploy their artistic gifts in the area of music, music production, fine arts, dance, drama, writing, poetry, digital and graphic design, and film making.
2. To create, sustain, protect and archive all artistic works for the purpose of establishing a museum of the artistic talents of the citizens of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS (12 Tribes).
3. Create and new genre of artistic style in all mediums that reflects excellence and precision to the world that reflects our culture.

Mission: To contribute to the economic growth and social development of The Kingdom of Yah of Hosts by securing resources and providing effective policies, planning, standards and regulations for:

• The achievement of efficient, high quality and timely architectural engineering and technical works and transportation strategies.

The Ministry of Legal of Affairs for the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts

Vision: The Ministry of Legal Affairs is dedicated to the delivery of comprehensive Legal, Consumer, Intellectual property and Registration services to members of the public in an enabling environment, thereby facilitating social and economic development.

Mission: The mission of the Ministry of Legal Affairs is to serve the citizens of the Kingdom of YAH of Hosts by achieving excellence in the protection of civil and property rights, the administration of legal services and the provision of consumer law related and regulatory services

The Ministry of the Interior for the Kingdom of Yah of Hosts

Mission: The Mission of the Ministry of the Interior is to protect and provide access to the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS' natural and cultural heritage by establishing and keeping records; past, present and future of and for all citizens (the 12 Tribes).

Goals:

1. Establish a library of all documents pertaining to the history of the 12 Tribes of Israel in the Diaspora.
2. Establish video library of all the accomplishments of the 12 Tribes of Israel in the Diaspora.
3. Establish a library of the resurrection of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS, processes, appointments, processes, and citizens who have come under the bond of the Sovereign Covenant.
4. Establish a library for all the different ministries of the Kingdom of YAH of HOSTS and their individual history.
5. Establish a library of all child births, marriages within the Kingdom of YAH of Hosts.
